project overview

Poster Exploration This personal spec project is an art direction and Photoshop exploration built from Nike ecomm PNG assets of the Air Jordan 1 Low. The goal was not to create an official campaign, but to show how a standard product image can be pushed into a high-impact footwear visual system through color, motion, grain, lighting, reflection, and atmosphere. I developed a series of poster-style compositions that reframe the shoe as something more expressive, energetic, and campaign-ready. Each image explores a different visual mood, from subtle green-to-orange gradients to darker heat-map tones and cooler atmospheric color fields. The work focuses on turning clean product photography into editorial brand imagery while keeping the shoe itself clear, desirable, and commercially readable. This project was made to show my range as a designer and art director: image editing, product treatment, color direction, movement, composition, and the ability to build a visual story around footwear using limited source assets. It reflects the kind of work I want to keep growing into within a larger brand environment, where strong taste, technical execution, and fast-moving campaign thinking all have to work together.
